Ortega\/Getty Images<\/p>\n<p><strong>AJ Mc Lean<\/strong>La fille de 9 ans a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de changer son nom de <strong>Ava<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>Elliot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Gar\u00e7ons de la rue<\/strong> la femme du chanteur, <strong>Rochelle Mc Lean<\/strong>a consult\u00e9 ses histoires Instagram mercredi et a expliqu\u00e9 pourquoi, pr\u00e9cisant que ce n&#8217;\u00e9tait &#8220;pas une question de genre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8216;Ava&#8217; a chang\u00e9 de nom plusieurs fois depuis qu&#8217;elle avait environ cinq ans&#8221;, a-t-elle \u00e9crit.  &#8220;L&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, elle nous a demand\u00e9 de commencer \u00e0 l&#8217;appeler Elliott et \u00e7a a coll\u00e9.  Elle voulait quelque chose d&#8217;unique que personne d&#8217;autre n&#8217;avait.  (Il y a tellement d&#8217;Ava.)\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Je ne voyais pas vraiment le mal \u00e0 respecter son d\u00e9sir d&#8217;\u00eatre unique&#8221;, a ajout\u00e9 Rochelle.  &#8220;En y repensant, c&#8217;est un peu \u00e9trange qu&#8217;en tant que parents, nous choisissions des noms pour des personnes que nous n&#8217;avons m\u00eame pas encore rencontr\u00e9es et nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles le soient pour toujours. Quoi qu&#8217;il en soit\u2026 c&#8217;est ainsi qu&#8217;Ava est devenue Elliott.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a demand\u00e9 que les gens \u00absoient gentils\u00bb avec sa fille.  &#8220;C&#8217;est juste une gamine qui essaie de se frayer un chemin dans ce monde fou !&#8221;  elle a \u00e9crit.  &#8220;Je veux juste qu&#8217;elle sache qu&#8217;elle peut toujours \u00eatre qui elle veut.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>AJ et Rochelle ont d&#8217;abord partag\u00e9 le nom choisi par leur fille dans un <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/ChpmNaJJOmg\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\">poste de rentr\u00e9e scolaire<\/a> cette semaine.
