La transaction a eu lieu en avril, mais n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 reprise que maintenant par la plateforme m\u00e9diatique.<\/p>\n<p>Next d\u00e9tient d\u00e9sormais 51% de la marque.  En mars 2021, il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquis 25% des actions Reiss.  \u00c0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque, le groupe avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#8217;il avait la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;augmenter sa participation \u00e0 51% &#8211; cette option aurait expir\u00e9 en juillet 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Drapers rapporte que la strat\u00e9gie de gestion de Reiss ne changera pas.  Elle conserve son ind\u00e9pendance et sa propre gestion.
