La recette de la tarte fonctionne \u00e9galement \u00e0 la fin de l&#8217;automne, lorsque la saison des gaufres en entonnoir commence.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">Tarte au renne fum\u00e9 Chantarelli<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Base:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2,5 dl de farine de bl\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">100 g de beurre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 dl d&#8217;emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Remplissage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">200 g de gruau de renne fum\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">100 g de girolles (ou galettes entonnoir)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">15 cm de poireau<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">(50 g de fromage bleu)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 dl de fromage frais<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 oeuf<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 dl de chantilly<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">poivre noir moulu<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 botte d&#8217;aneth<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Tamiser la farine et la graisse, ajouter l&#8217;eau froide et le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.  Remuer.  Presser la p\u00e2te au fond et sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s du moule \u00e0 tarte (25 cm).<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. \u00c9vaporez le liquide des champignons dans la casserole.  Ajouter le beurre et le poireau hach\u00e9 dans la po\u00eale.  Laissez revenir l&#8217;oignon quelques instants et ajoutez le renne fum\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. R\u00e9partir la garniture dans le moule.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4. M\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me, l&#8217;\u0153uf, le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, l&#8217;aneth et le poivre ensemble.  Verser le m\u00e9lange dans le moule \u00e0 tarte sur la garniture de renne fum\u00e9 aux champignons.  \u00c9mietter le fromage bleu sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5.
