De plus, les sucres noirs lui donnent un go\u00fbt de caramel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">&#8211; Absolument ironique.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">Tarte aux myrtilles, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire la bont\u00e9 des myrtilles<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">(pour 4 personnes)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">environ un litre de myrtilles<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3\/4 dl de sucre de canne ou de sucre indien<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vraie poudre de vanille<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine de pomme de terre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>P\u00e2te:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4 dl de flocons d&#8217;avoine<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 1\/2 dl de graisse v\u00e9g\u00e9tale liquide ou de beurre fondu<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 dl de sucre de canne (ou 1\/2 dl de sucre de canne et 1\/2 dl de sucre indien)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamome<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. R\u00e9partir les myrtilles au fond du plat allant au four (diam\u00e8tre d&#8217;un plat rond env. 20 cm ou d&#8217;un petit plat carr\u00e9 20 x 20).  M\u00e9langer le sucre, la vanille et la f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. M\u00e9langez la graisse, le sucre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel dans les flocons d&#8217;avoine.  Assaisonner de cardamome.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Cuire au four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s pendant 25 \u00e0 30 minutes.
