D\u00e9sormais, les zones devront recruter elles-m\u00eames du personnel et cela ne semble pas \u00e9vident, surtout pour les plus petites zones.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;Proc\u00e9dure trop longue&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>La zone de police Midow a un manque de personnel de dix pour cent.  Selon le chef de la police, il faut trop de temps \u00e0 un agent s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour r\u00e9ellement commencer sa formation.  &#8220;Il y a au moins un an entre la s\u00e9lection et la formation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Si les zones ne trouvent pas de monde, une fusion est presque la seule solution.  Pz Midow compte d\u00e9sormais cinq communes : Oostrozebeke, Dentergem, Ingelmunster, Meulebeke et Wielsbeke.<\/p>\n<p>Le jeudi soir, Midow organise un moment d&#8217;information pour les futurs agents.
