Il a dit apr\u00e8s cela qu&#8217;il \u00e9tait sur la bonne voie pour vendre les pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ArticleBodyBlocks__html ArticleBodyBlocks__html--financieel\">Shell serait en pourparlers avec des entreprises chinoises, qui n&#8217;ont pas introduit de sanctions contre la Russie, pour aboutir \u00e0 une reprise de la production de GNL.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ArticleBodyBlocks__html ArticleBodyBlocks__html--financieel\">L&#8217;intervention permettrait \u00e0 Moscou d&#8217;exproprier les actifs.  Selon le consultant WoodMcKenzie, le projet vaut 4,1 milliards de dollars.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ArticleBodyBlocks__subheader\">Remettre<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ArticleBodyBlocks__html ArticleBodyBlocks__html--financieel\">Moscou a annonc\u00e9 qu&#8217;elle transf\u00e9rerait l&#8217;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du projet GNL \u00e0 une nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 russe.  Cela donne au Kremlin un droit de regard sur lequel les investisseurs \u00e9trangers sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 conserver leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ArticleBodyBlocks__html ArticleBodyBlocks__html--financieel\">\u00c0 Sakhaline-2, Shell d\u00e9tient une participation de 27,5 %, Gazprom 50 % plus une action unique.
