Dans sa d\u00e9claration, le pr\u00e9sident Ali Ko\u00e7 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Je voudrais exprimer notre gratitude et notre gratitude \u00e0 notre pr\u00e9sident, M.
