Le chaos surgit soudainement environ 70 kilom\u00e8tres avant l’arriv\u00e9e. Culpabilit\u00e9: les conditions d\u00e9favorables. Ce n’est pas seulement un allemand qui frappe dur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Un accident de masse sur la rue natale a \u00e9clips\u00e9 la sixi\u00e8me \u00e9tape du Giro d’Italia. C’\u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement difficile pour l’ancien vainqueur de Giro Jai Hindley et le cycliste allemand Juri Hollmann-Both ont d\u00fb abandonner la course.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Le peloton est entr\u00e9 dans le chaos \u00e0 environ 70 kilom\u00e8tres avant l’arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Naples: de nombreux conducteurs ont plong\u00e9 sur l’asphalte glissant. L’un des tests durs \u00e9tait Hindley. L’Australien de l’\u00e9quipe allemande de Red Bull, Giro vainqueur de 2022, a laiss\u00e9 l’ambulance sous une douleur visible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hollmann ne pouvait pas continuer. Comme son \u00e9quipe Alpecin-Deceuninck l’a annonc\u00e9, il soup\u00e7onnait un bras cass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Apr\u00e8s l’incident, la course a \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement interrompue. Apr\u00e8s des entretiens avec les pilotes, le jury a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de neutraliser la sc\u00e8ne. Il n’y avait ni points ni timing. La m\u00eame \u00e9poque a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les conducteurs pour le classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 au moment de l’accident.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

En plus de Hindley et Hollmann, d’autres conducteurs bien connus ont \u00e9galement plong\u00e9. Richard Carapaz, champion olympique de Tokyo, et Mads Pedersen, qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 remport\u00e9 trois \u00e9tapes au Giro, ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9s.
