Nous les trouvons avant tout dans des produits ultra transform\u00e9s, \u00e0 la vue des supermarch\u00e9s. Et la science a d\u00e9j\u00e0 prononc\u00e9 sur le nocif de <b>Certaines de ces substances, li\u00e9es \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes tels que les troubles du m\u00e9tabolisme, les inflammations chroniques et les changements dans le microbiote intestinal<\/b>.<b> <\/b>Des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes ont \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 un lien entre la consommation d&#8217;additifs et un plus grand risque de diab\u00e8te de type 2, de cancer et de maladies cardiaques. Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, cependant, nous nous sommes concentr\u00e9s sur l&#8217;effet de l&#8217;additif unique. Aucune \u00e9tude n&#8217;avait analys\u00e9 l&#8217;impact de leur utilisation combin\u00e9e. En \u00eatre conscient, cela pourrait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre une bonne chose: &#8220;Ces substances peuvent repr\u00e9senter un facteur de risque modifiable&#8221;, explique Marie Payen de la Guarationderie, auteur de la recherche &#8220;Savoir&#8221; ouvre la voie vers les strat\u00e9gies de pr\u00e9vention du diab\u00e8te de type 2 &#8220;. <b>Faites attention aux produits qui contiennent de nombreux additifs <\/b>Ce n&#8217;est pas une mauvaise id\u00e9e.
