Le directeur commercial Howard Smith quitte Ralph Lauren Le d\u00e9part fait suite \u00e0 des all\u00e9gations selon lesquelles Smith aurait agi “contre le code de conduite et d’\u00e9thique de l’entreprise”, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 mercredi aux d\u00e9taillants de v\u00eatements am\u00e9ricains dans une lettre ouverte aux employ\u00e9s. Le conseil a alors lanc\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate ind\u00e9pendante pour confirmer les all\u00e9gations. Ralph Lauren souligne que l’inconduite de Smith n’\u00e9tait pas li\u00e9e aux finances ou aux performances de l’entreprise, mais \u00e0 un niveau personnel.
