Depuis, le restaurant n&#8217;a pas disparu du guide mondialement connu.  Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 aujourd&#8217;hui.  Bellings remet son \u00e9toile.  \u00ab Cela fait un an que nous cherchions un acheteur en silence et nous avons maintenant trouv\u00e9 quelqu&#8217;un.  Nous vendrons le fonds de commerce le 20 ao\u00fbt et ensuite je m&#8217;arr\u00eaterai \u00e0 la gastronomie.  Michelin le sait maintenant.  Ce ne serait pas juste pour eux si je figurais avec une \u00e9toile dans leur nouvelle \u00e9dition pendant des mois alors que je ne suis plus ouvert.
