Les diff\u00e9rentes conditions suspensives auxquelles cet investissement \u00e9tait soumis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplies et l&#8217;investisseur a souscrit \u00e0 l&#8217;augmentation de capital conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la convention pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment conclue. Le partenariat annonc\u00e9 avec HIG Capital est d\u00e9sormais en cours de mise en \u0153uvre. Le produit brut de l&#8217;augmentation de capital devrait s&#8217;\u00e9lever \u00e0 environ 40,5 millions d&#8217;euros. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 entend utiliser le produit de l&#8217;augmentation de capital pour financer, entre autres, de nouveaux projets de d\u00e9veloppement immobilier.
