Des fruits secs et des noix sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Ce petit pain n&#8217;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 le laisser assaisonner en toute tranquillit\u00e9 pendant plusieurs jours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Stollen commence \u00e9galement \u00e0 appara\u00eetre de plus en plus dans les s\u00e9lections de caf\u00e9s et de restaurants. Par exemple, \u00e0 la table des desserts du petit d\u00eener de No\u00ebl au Seurahuone Ballroom \u00e0 Helsinki, du stollen \u00e9tait offert, entre autres.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">No\u00ebl vol\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>P\u00e2te \u00e0 brioche :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2,5 dl de lait entier<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">25 g de levure<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">0,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cardamome moulue<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 dl de sucre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">0,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 oeuf<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">7 \u00e0 8 dl de farine de bl\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">125 g de beurre mou<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">300 g de p\u00e2te d&#8217;amande<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e9lange de fruits\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 dl de raisins secs<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">100 g (1 bo\u00eete) d&#8217;\u00e9corces d&#8217;orange<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">100 g de m\u00e9lange de noix (n&#8217;importe quel m\u00e9lange de noix ou noix conviennent pour cela)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">100 g de cerises rouges<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">0,5 dl de cognac ou de rhum<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Pour la lubrification\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 oeuf<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">chips d&#8217;amandes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">sucre en poudre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Mesurez les fruits secs dans un bol et versez de l&#8217;alcool dessus. M\u00e9langer et laisser assaisonner \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 1 \u00e0 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Faites chauffer le lait pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit ti\u00e8de \u00e0 la main. Ajouter la levure \u00e9miett\u00e9e, la cardamome, le sucre et le sel. Ajouter l&#8217;\u0153uf et m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Ajoutez une partie de la farine et commencez \u00e0 rendre la p\u00e2te \u00e9lastique. Ajouter le beurre, le reste de la farine, la masse d&#8217;amandes cueillies, les noix et les fruits. P\u00e9trir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit \u00e9lastique. N&#8217;oubliez pas qu&#8217;un petit pain avec trop de farine est dur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4. Couvrez la p\u00e2te et laissez-la doubler de volume pendant environ une heure. Retourner la p\u00e2te sur une surface farin\u00e9e et p\u00e9trir quelques instants. Placer la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 cake rectangulaire beurr\u00e9 et laisser lever recouverte d&#8217;un torchon pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5. Badigeonner la surface d&#8217;\u0153uf et saupoudrer de flocons d&#8217;amandes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">6. Cuire au four \u00e0 mi-hauteur d&#8217;un four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s pendant 25 \u00e0 35 minutes. Laisser refroidir avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">7.
