Les p\u00e2tes sont succulentes et fondantes en bouche.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Vous obtenez un r\u00e9sultat final cr\u00e9meux lorsque vous ajoutez du fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me aux p\u00e2tes aux champignons.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">Chanterelle orzotto<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">(pour 6 personnes)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">environ 1 l de girolles<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 oignon<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 gousses d&#8217;ail<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">500 g de p\u00e2tes orzo<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 dl de vin blanc<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">environ 1 l de bouillon de volaille de la fondue<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">200 g de fromage frais sans saveur<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">75 g de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de thym frais (la sauge ou le persil fonctionnent \u00e9galement)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 1\/2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">quelques grains de poivre noir du moulin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Hachez l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail. R\u00e2pez le parmesan. D\u00e9chirez les girolles en morceaux. Les petits peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s entiers pour les p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Faire revenir les oignons quelques instants dans l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils ramollissent. Ajoutez les girolles et faites revenir encore une minute. Ajoutez l&#8217;orzo dans la po\u00eale. Remuer et ajouter le vin blanc. Ajoutez le bouillon de poulet en quelques fois pendant que les p\u00e2tes cuisent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Lorsque les p\u00e2tes sont presque cuites, ajoutez le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me aux p\u00e2tes et m\u00e9langez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Ajouter le parmesan et les feuilles de thym. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre noir.
