M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la p\u00e2te ensemble jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit grasse et douce.  \u00c9taler la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 tarte (diam\u00e8tre 27 cm) et juste au-dessus des bords.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. \u00c9tendre le fromage sur le dessus du fond de tarte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Hacher l&#8217;oignon, presser l&#8217;ail avec un presse-ail et m\u00e9langer les oignons ensemble.  Ajouter les oignons sur le fromage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4. Mesurer les \u0153ufs, le lait, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le sel, le poivre et les herbes dans un bol et m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.  Verser la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange dans la po\u00eale sur les oignons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5. Placer les tranches de saumon dans la po\u00eale.  Verser le reste du m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u0153ufs sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">6.
