Le nouveau record en <b>2h06.06<\/b> repr\u00e9sente un choc pour tout le mouvement du fond bleu. La course de <b>S\u00e9ville<\/b> a chang\u00e9 le top dix du marathon italien : \u00e0 noter, avec Crippa, la deuxi\u00e8me place de <b>Eyob Faniel<\/b> (2h07.09) et le sixi\u00e8me de <b>Daniele Meucci<\/b> (2h07.49).  Ce sont des r\u00e9sultats importants, m\u00eame si en regardant le classement 2023, avec 2h06:06 Crippa aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 74\u00e8me, Faniel 114\u00e8me et Meucci 162\u00e8me.  Bien s\u00fbr, <b>Crippa et Faniel ont les qualit\u00e9s pour faire beaucoup mieux et essayer de faire au moins moins de 2 heures et 5 minutes<\/b>. Les plus longues se couraient en progression, les autres variaient avec des fractions de 6\/5\/4 km, toujours r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec 1 km de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration active.<\/li>\n<li>Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment porteur est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le <b>essais fractionn\u00e9s sur piste<\/b>sur des distances comprises entre 2000\/1600\/1200 m\u00e8tres, tous ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 des rythmes beaucoup plus rapides que ceux de la concurrence.<\/li>\n<li><b>Deux fartleks de 12 km<\/b>, toujours effectu\u00e9 en faisant 1 minute et 30 secondes moyennes et 1 minute et 30 secondes rapides.  Sans jamais forcer.  Le premier le 8 janvier vient d&#8217;arriver <b>Kenya<\/b>.
