Il est actuellement assign\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sidence suite \u00e0 sa condamnation lors des proc\u00e8s relatifs \u00e0 la faillite de ses entreprises.  Le projet \u00ab\u00a0Parco delle stelle\u00a0\u00bb, un investissement dans la r\u00e9gion de Caab, a \u00e9chou\u00e9 et Fortitudo et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re Ripresa ont fait faillite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"atext\">Resto del Carlino a annonc\u00e9 la nouvelle de la mort de Sacrati.  Malgr\u00e9 certaines pathologies, il a re\u00e7u la visite de ses filles jeudi soir et semblait stable, mais le lendemain il n&#8217;a pas r\u00e9pondu au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, l&#8217;alarme s&#8217;est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e et la police et 118 sont intervenues dans la maison, constatant son d\u00e9c\u00e8s.
