La coul\u00e9e de magma a provoqu\u00e9 des tremblements de terre, des \u00e9ruptions volcaniques, des \u00e9vacuations et de nombreux d\u00e9g\u00e2ts ces derniers mois.  Pas plus tard que la semaine derni\u00e8re, le volcan est entr\u00e9 en \u00e9ruption, produisant des fontaines de lave orange vif de plusieurs dizaines de m\u00e8tres de haut.  Les volcanologues ne savent pas encore exactement comment une si grande fissure magmatique se forme et conduit \u00e0 des \u00e9ruptions.  Pour en savoir plus, des volcanologues islandais ont calcul\u00e9 le d\u00e9bit de magma dans la fissure sous Reykjanes \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de donn\u00e9es satellite, de donn\u00e9es sismiques et d&#8217;un mod\u00e8le informatique.  Il se d\u00e9place \u00e0 une vitesse de 7 400 m\u00e8tres cubes par seconde, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/science.adn2838\" target=\"_blank\">ils ont conclu<\/a> dans <em>Science<\/em>.
