Si un test montre qu&#8217;ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tromp\u00e9s, ils ont droit \u00e0 une indemnisation.<\/p>\n<article class=\"embed-block\">\n<section class=\"web-embed body-style body-style--s1 embed-block__content\"\/><\/article>\n<aside aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"banner banner--wsc-r1 banner--hide-double-column\"\/>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis, au total, 68 376 personnes se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9es, pr\u00e9cise un porte-parole du minist\u00e8re des Finances.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>95 pour cent des personnes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 un premier test.  Parmi elles, 33\u00a0225 sont des victimes reconnues.  Dans tous les cas, ils ont droit \u00e0 30 000 euros d&#8217;indemnisation.  Ils re\u00e7oivent \u00e9galement une aide pour les dettes impay\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le premier test, les parents peuvent recevoir une \u00e9valuation plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e.  Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des parents signal\u00e9s ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 termin\u00e9 ce processus.  Cette \u00e9valuation peut montrer qu&#8217;un parent a droit \u00e0 plus d&#8217;argent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Les gens pouvaient se pr\u00e9senter au plus tard le 31 d\u00e9cembre, mais les d\u00e9clarations \u00e9taient \u00e9galement trait\u00e9es les 1er et 2 janvier en raison des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s.  La Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants souhaitait repousser la date limite, mais le cabinet n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas d&#8217;accord.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"blocks-container-contextual contextual\"><!--[--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"textblock heading heading--contextualblock\"><!----> Wat is het toeslagenschandaal? <!----><\/h2>\n<div class=\"textblock summary-body\">\n<p>Gedupeerden van het toeslagenschandaal werden onterecht als fraudeur behandeld. Zij moesten in veel gevallen in korte tijd grote bedragen aan ontvangen toeslagen terugbetalen. Bij sommigen leidde dit tot enorme financi\u00eble problemen. Het ging vooral om mensen die kinderopvangtoeslag kregen.
