Cuire les carottes al dente dans de l&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e.  Videz l&#8217;eau et s\u00e9chez les carottes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Ajoutez le concentr\u00e9 de vin chaud, le beurre et les carottes dans la po\u00eale et faites chauffer \u00e0 feu doux pour que le bouillon caram\u00e9lise mais ne br\u00fble pas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3.
