PEGGY THOMAS<!-- --> <\/span><span class=\"media-source\"\/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Influenceur culinaire et \u00e9crivain <strong>par Peggy Thomas<\/strong> Le g\u00e2teau aux figues est un g\u00e2teau de No\u00ebl sec traditionnel, mais il tire une saveur suppl\u00e9mentaire du th\u00e9 noir dans lequel le g\u00e2teau est cuit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Thomas pr\u00e9pare \u00e9galement un g\u00e2teau aux fruits anglais pour le th\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">&#8211; Le th\u00e9 donne un go\u00fbt absolument merveilleux, dit Thomas.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">G\u00e2teau aux figues<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">(casserole de 1,6 l)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">200 g de figues s\u00e9ch\u00e9es moelleuses<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3 dl de th\u00e9 noir<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 anis \u00e9toil\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">200 g de beurre mou<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3 dl de sucre de canne<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3 oeufs<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3 dl de farine de bl\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamome<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Pour graisser le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">gagner<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">chapelure<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Beurrer et paner le moule \u00e0 cake.  Retirez la tige dure des figues et coupez-les en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Ajoutez le th\u00e9, les figues et l&#8217;anis \u00e9toil\u00e9 dans la casserole.  Portez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux sous le couvercle pendant environ 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Retirez l&#8217;anis \u00e9toil\u00e9 et mixez le m\u00e9lange avec un mixeur plongeant.  Ajoutez le beurre et laissez-le fondre.  Ajoutez du sucre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un au m\u00e9lange en m\u00e9langeant bien.  M\u00e9langer la farine de bl\u00e9, la levure chimique et les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5. Saupoudrer le m\u00e9lange de farine au tamis tout en m\u00e9langeant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.  Versez la p\u00e2te dans le moule.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">6. Cuire au four \u00e0 mi-hauteur \u00e0 175 degr\u00e9s pendant environ 50 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le g\u00e2teau soit cuit.
