Le producteur textile finlandais Spinnova Plc a finalis\u00e9 le changement de direction annonc\u00e9 cet \u00e9t\u00e9. Tuomas Oijala sera le nouveau PDG de l’entreprise avec effet imm\u00e9diat, selon un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 lundi.<\/p>\n

Oijala a succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 Ben Selby, qui dirigeait l’entreprise en tant que PDG par int\u00e9rim depuis la d\u00e9mission de Kim Poulsen ces derniers mois. Selby restera directeur financier (CFO) et agira \u00e9galement en tant que PDG adjoint, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Spinnova.<\/p>\n

Oijala vient du groupe de construction finlandais Kone Corporation, o\u00f9 il dirigeait r\u00e9cemment la division New Building Solutions. Fin ao\u00fbt, Spinnova l’avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme PDG d\u00e9sign\u00e9. \u00c0 l’\u00e9poque, il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 qu’il prendrait ses fonctions \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l’entreprise au plus tard \u00e0 la fin de l’ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
