Les ventes de logements dites en attente ont chut\u00e9 de 1,5 pour cent en glissement mensuel, a annonc\u00e9 jeudi \u00e0 Washington la National Association of Realtors.  Les analystes s&#8217;attendaient en moyenne \u00e0 une baisse de 2,0 pour cent.
