D\u00e9licieux.<!-- --> <\/span><span class=\"media-source\">Mari Moilanen<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">G\u00e2teau aux bananes et au beurre noisette<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">125 g de beurre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5 dl de farine de bl\u00e9 (\u00e9peautre)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de soda<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 1\/4 dl de cassonade<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 1\/4 dl de sucre de canne<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 oeufs<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1\/2 dl de cr\u00e8me sure ou de cr\u00e8me<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vraie vanille<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3 bananes trop m\u00fbres<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 dl de chocolat noir sous forme de gruau<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Beurrer et paner le moule \u00e0 pain.  Chocolat cru.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Mesurez le beurre dans la casserole et remuez lentement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le beurre ait une odeur aromatique et devienne dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. M\u00e9langez les sucres dans un bol et ajoutez le beurre noisette.  M\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les sucres fondent dans le beurre.  Ajoutez les bananes grossi\u00e8rement \u00e9cras\u00e9es, les \u0153ufs et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4. Mesurez les ingr\u00e9dients secs et les \u00e9pices dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langez et ajoutez au m\u00e9lange beurre-sucre-\u0153uf.  M\u00e9langez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les ingr\u00e9dients, ne battez pas.  Ajoutez le chocolat r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5.
