L’entraîneur national Julian Nagelsmann a appelé Jamie Leweling du VfB Stuttgart pour remplacer Jamal Musiala, blessé. La DFB l’a annoncé vendredi après-midi. Le joueur de 23 ans fera partie de l’équipe A pour la première fois. Le rapide Leweling a connu un bon début de saison en tant qu’ailier du VfB. Il a déjà disputé onze matchs avec les U21 allemands. Il a déjà porté le maillot allemand lors de trois matchs chacun pour les équipes U20 et U19.
