La sala del consejo del tribunal de Assen decidi\u00f3 que las sospechas contra \u00e9l no eran lo suficientemente fuertes como para detenerlo por m\u00e1s tiempo.  La fiscal\u00eda apel\u00f3 esta decisi\u00f3n, pero el tribunal de Leeuwarden sigui\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n anterior de que la enfermera pod\u00eda esperar la investigaci\u00f3n penal en su domicilio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"08780948-4319-41f8-9670-42984dc37331\" data-v-3c4a1f2d=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>Durante la investigaci\u00f3n, el Ministerio P\u00fablico tuvo que prescindir del expediente m\u00e9dico de V. Se pidi\u00f3 a la GGZ que entregara el expediente completo, pero la instituci\u00f3n no lo consider\u00f3 necesario para la investigaci\u00f3n.  El juez estuvo de acuerdo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"cc06d157-cc30-4150-bd90-efc269fdb4b6\" data-v-3c4a1f2d=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de meses de investigaci\u00f3n, el Departamento de Justicia ha llegado a una doble conclusi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan anunci\u00f3 hoy RTV Drenthe.  Se ha establecido que V. no tuvo ning\u00fan papel en algunas de las muertes sospechosas iniciales.  Se necesita m\u00e1s investigaci\u00f3n en los casos de los otros pacientes fallecidos.  S\u00f3lo despu\u00e9s de dicha investigaci\u00f3n quedar\u00e1 claro si V. ser\u00e1 procesado o no en estos casos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"e7274e4e-c591-4745-a706-e1b53ab82d7d\" data-v-3c4a1f2d=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>Poco se sabe sobre el pasado de la enfermera.  Antes de su estancia en la WZA, V. trabaj\u00f3 en la UMCG y en el hospital Martini y realiz\u00f3 pr\u00e1cticas en el hospital de Bremen.
