A propuesta del Ministro del Interior y de Relaciones del Reino, De Jonge, el Consejo de Ministros ha decidido proponerle para su nombramiento.  El nombramiento entra en vigor el 2 de octubre de 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"contentBox\">\n<div class=\"content-image-left\">\n<figure class=\"img-container\">\n<p>        <span class=\"assistive\">Ampliar imagen<\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Lenferink fue alcalde del municipio de Leiden entre el 15 de mayo de 2003 y el 1 de septiembre de 2023.
