Hasta 2030, se deber\u00edan construir aproximadamente 630 nuevas viviendas en el municipio, la mayor\u00eda de estas viviendas estar\u00e1n ubicadas cerca de Beilen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"4bcc1c59-8f5d-4578-a6d6-497defdcc052\" data-v-3c4a1f2d=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>Seg\u00fan el municipio, Alting y Smalbroek est\u00e1n convenientemente ubicados en relaci\u00f3n con Beilen y pueden estar bien conectados con las carreteras (motores).  Adem\u00e1s, los lugares tambi\u00e9n son f\u00e1cilmente accesibles en tren y en bicicleta.  Por ello, el ayuntamiento ha decidido designar estas dos zonas como ubicaciones preferentes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"042de640-de79-4724-afe7-38762b495a5a\" data-v-3c4a1f2d=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>Para empezar a construir en estos lugares, el municipio de Midden-Drenthe ha establecido derechos de preferencia.  Esto significa que si un propietario quiere vender terrenos o derechos, est\u00e1 obligado a ofrecerlos primero al municipio.  El municipio tiene entonces derecho a aceptar una propuesta de compra.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"6ebb2322-d147-4635-a6b3-47d0e9f0fec8\" data-v-3c4a1f2d=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>Sin embargo, el municipio no est\u00e1 obligado a responder al respecto.  Si el municipio no hace uso del derecho de preferencia, el propietario es libre de ofrecer los derechos al mercado por un per\u00edodo de tres a\u00f1os.  Despu\u00e9s de esos tres a\u00f1os, el municipio vuelve a aparecer como comprador.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"ff11a3dd-3a08-4373-8b1a-008e6e3ae2c0\" data-v-3c4a1f2d=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>Seg\u00fan Midden-Drenthe, el derecho de preferencia no influye directamente en el entorno residencial ni en las operaciones comerciales de las empresas existentes.
