Peter Maes es el sucesor de Reinier Robbemond en Willem II. El flamenco firm\u00f3 el s\u00e1bado un contrato de un a\u00f1o con el equipo de Tilburg y, por tanto, estar\u00e1 afiliado al club hasta el verano de 2024.<\/p>\n

Durante su carrera como jugador, Maes fue portero de Anderlecht y Standard Li\u00e8ge, entre otros. Como entrenador, llev\u00f3 al KSC Lokeren y al KRC Genk a la Europa League y ascendi\u00f3 con el KV Mechelen. Tambi\u00e9n estuvo al frente del Sint-Truiden y del Lommel SK.<\/p>\n
