Un fen\u00f3meno meteorol\u00f3gico similar provoca actualmente un clima inestable con fuertes tormentas.  Algunos modelos meteorol\u00f3gicos predicen tanta lluvia en 48 horas como en 1 a\u00f1o, algunos incluso m\u00e1s.  El servicio meteorol\u00f3gico ha declarado el c\u00f3digo rojo para gran parte de Grecia tanto por lluvias como por tormentas el\u00e9ctricas.
