Ahora firma un contrato de dos a\u00f1os con Lotto-Dstny, junto con Tony Gallopin.<\/p>\n<p>Demol fue profesional de 1982 a 1995. Su mayor victoria fue la Par\u00eds-Roubaix en 1988. Despu\u00e9s de su activa carrera, comenz\u00f3 a trabajar como subdirector deportivo de Johan Bruyneel en US Postal, el equipo de Lance Armstrong.  En 2008 trabaj\u00f3 brevemente en Quick.Step, pero luego volvi\u00f3 a elegir a Bruyneel en Astana y Radioshack.
