Por ejemplo, se aplica un impuesto inmediato a la exportaci\u00f3n del 20 por ciento sobre el arroz sancochado.<\/p>\n<article class=\"embed-block\">\n<section class=\"web-embed body-style body-style--s1 embed-block__content\"\/><\/article>\n<aside class=\"banner banner--wsc-r1 banner--hide-double-column\"\/>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Se espera que la medida de la India, el mayor exportador de arroz del mundo, ejerza m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n sobre el suministro de arroz.  El pa\u00eds representa alrededor del 40 por ciento del comercio mundial de arroz.  India espera que el precio del arroz en el mercado interno baje debido a la nueva restricci\u00f3n a las exportaciones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>A principios de este mes, los precios del arroz asi\u00e1tico subieron a su nivel m\u00e1s alto en casi 15 a\u00f1os.  Esto se debi\u00f3 en parte a que llovi\u00f3 mucho menos de lo habitual en Tailandia.
