El gui\u00f3n se implementar\u00e1 a partir del domingo 17 de abril.  Seg\u00fan &#8216;De Tijd&#8217;, nuestro pa\u00eds habr\u00eda negado el acceso a un solo barco ruso.  Por ejemplo, al &#8216;Malyi-B&#8217;, que transporta autom\u00f3viles y tractores de lujo, no se le permitir\u00eda ingresar al puerto de Amberes.
