El &#8220;Tagesspiegel&#8221; ya lo hab\u00eda informado anteriormente.  Ahora la autoridad investigadora debe comprobar si se presentan cargos contra el joven de 28 a\u00f1os.  La portavoz no dio m\u00e1s detalles sobre la legislaci\u00f3n austriaca.<\/p>\n<p>Gersbeck habr\u00eda herido a otro hombre en un altercado f\u00edsico en julio en el campo de entrenamiento del equipo de f\u00fatbol de segunda divisi\u00f3n en Zell am See.  Hertha suspendi\u00f3 al portero tras el incidente.  M\u00e1s recientemente, el club dijo que estaban esperando novedades legales antes de decidir c\u00f3mo proceder.
