Es un oficial de la zona policial de Ostende quien toma las determinaciones.  Se trata de un conductor de un Lotus amarillo de 47 a\u00f1os.  \u201cNo solo conduc\u00eda demasiado r\u00e1pido, sino que tambi\u00e9n segu\u00eda muy de cerca y era un peligro para el tr\u00e1fico\u201d, dijo la polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La polic\u00eda arrest\u00f3 al conductor en Gistelsesteenweg.  Su licencia de conducir ha sido revocada por 15 d\u00edas y se ha elaborado un PV.
