Luego derrot\u00f3 a Leandro Riedi 6:1, 6:4 y asegur\u00f3 el t\u00edtulo para Croacia.<\/p>\n<p>El n\u00famero uno del mundo, Carlos Alcaraz, tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 en la edici\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o del torneo.  Apenas cinco d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de su triunfo en Wimbledon, gan\u00f3 el viernes al belga David Goffin.  El joven de 20 a\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n gan\u00f3 su segundo singles contra Coric, pero no pudo evitar la derrota de Espa\u00f1a contra Croacia y la eliminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Copa Hopman tuvo lugar por \u00faltima vez en 2019, cuando Roger Federer y Belinda Bencic defendieron su t\u00edtulo de 2018.
