Esto fue instituido despu\u00e9s de la detenci\u00f3n de un conductor bajo la influencia.  Los oficiales estaban en el carril de emergencia.  Sin embargo, 25 conductores pasaron sin disminuir la velocidad.  Pueden esperar un informe en casa en breve.
