El perro camina sin miedo sobre dos patas, arrastrando su cuerpo trasero detr\u00e1s de \u00e9l.  Scooter tambi\u00e9n puede moverse con la ayuda de un carro.  \u201cLe permite correr distancias m\u00e1s largas y m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas\u201d, dijo Elmquist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">El concurso del perro m\u00e1s feo del mundo existe desde hace m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os y es una prueba de que el pedigr\u00ed no define a la mascota.
