Seg\u00fan la oficina del fiscal de distrito de Manhattan, Malvagna no solo confes\u00f3 haber tirado el tel\u00e9fono. Tambi\u00e9n dijo: \u201cEstaba tratando de ver si pod\u00eda golpearla con el tel\u00e9fono al final del programa porque ser\u00eda divertido\u201d.<\/p>\n

Rexha recibi\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica inmediata de EMS y posteriormente fue llevada a un hospital local, donde recibi\u00f3 tratamiento por su lesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Mientras tanto, Malvagna fue detenida y compareci\u00f3 ante el tribunal para la lectura de cargos por cargos que inclu\u00edan agresi\u00f3n, acoso, acoso agravado e intento de agresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
