Pero el gerente de la tienda de electricidad quiere salvar el edificio de la demolici\u00f3n y convertirlo en una tienda.  El municipio y el nuevo propietario ahora se reunir\u00e1n para llegar a un acuerdo que permita que el edificio permanezca en pie.
