Pones la ricota con un poco de aceite de oliva en un procesador de alimentos, la dejas correr un rato y listo: tendr\u00e1s una mezcla deliciosa y cremosa.  Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos albahaca fresca para un elemento extra adictivo. <\/p>\n<p><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><\/p>\n<div class=\"panel panel-primary\">\n<p><h3 class=\"panel-title\">  Para 2 a 4 personas: <\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\"><span>  200 gramos de ricota <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  un pu\u00f1ado de albahaca fresca <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Sal pimienta <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Para la ensalada de tomate: <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  1 tomate bistec grande, en gajos <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  2 manos (de color) tomates cherry, cortados por la mitad <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  1\/4 calabac\u00edn, cortado en medias lunas <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Una pizca de or\u00e9gano (fresco) <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  1 cucharada de vinagre de vino tinto <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  1 cucharada de aceite de oliva <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Sal pimienta <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Opcional: tostadas o pan sabroso, <\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  para ello <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><\/p>\n<h2>  as\u00ed es como hacerlo <\/h2>\n<p><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Pon la ricota junto con la albahaca (\u00a1tambi\u00e9n puedes usar los tallos!), el aceite de oliva y salpimienta en un procesador de alimentos.  Dar vuelta hasta que quede una mezcla ligera y cremosa. <\/p>\n<p><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Mezcla los ingredientes para la ensalada de tomate. <\/p>\n<p><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><!----><\/p>\n<p class=\"article-page__paragraph\">  Vierta la ricota batida en un plato y coloque un poco de la ensalada de tomate al lado.
