Adem\u00e1s de ser investigador, trat\u00f3 de compartir su amor por la naturaleza con los dem\u00e1s como escritor y docente.  Van Ginkel realiz\u00f3 muchos recorridos a pie y posteriormente escribi\u00f3 numerosos libros e historias sobre ellos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"d92faaf0-614d-4121-bb59-f6057245e07b\" data-v-4e3223bb=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>Van Ginkel tambi\u00e9n gan\u00f3 fama como <em>menear ene<\/em>, que trabaj\u00f3 en nombre de Drentse Jeneverbesgilde para la conservaci\u00f3n del enebro.  Este gremio todav\u00eda se asegura de que los arbustos de enebro j\u00f3venes se vuelvan a plantar en los montones de arena de las \u00e1reas naturales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div __component=\"api.api-text\" type=\"text\" id=\"881b4b3b-14d6-40b7-a854-5ebd27a027b3\" data-v-4e3223bb=\"\" data-v-e9df7484=\"\">\n<p>El pasado mes de diciembre, Van Ginkel recibi\u00f3 la medalla Harry de Vroome por su probado compromiso y pasi\u00f3n por la naturaleza.
