Seg\u00fan la ciudad, el nuevo plan tambi\u00e9n beneficia a los comerciantes, aunque reaccionan con un poco m\u00e1s de cautela.<\/p>\n<p>Luc Mangodt, presidente de Ostend Center Management: \u201cPara los comerciantes, este plan significa que el centro de la ciudad ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s accesible, al menos eso esperamos.
