Esa discusi\u00f3n lleva a\u00f1os.  Los estudios ya han demostrado que el tiempo de juego efectivo (momentos en los que el bal\u00f3n est\u00e1 en juego y se juega f\u00fatbol) es muy bajo en algunos partidos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ArticleBodyBlocks__html ArticleBodyBlocks__html--sport\">La FIFA quiere, por tanto, intervenir y alargar diez minutos los partidos del Mundial de Qatar (21 de noviembre al 18 de diciembre de 2022).  Pero la FIFA no toma esa decisi\u00f3n sola.  Es el comit\u00e9 internacional de reglas IFAB el que tendr\u00e1 que considerar cualquier cambio en las regulaciones.
