Cortar el halloumi en 2 rebanadas.  Caliente un poco de aceite en una sart\u00e9n y fr\u00eda las tiras de pimiento y la cebolla en la sart\u00e9n durante unos 3 minutos.  Retira las verduras de la sart\u00e9n y fr\u00ede el halloumi en la sart\u00e9n durante unos 2 a 3 minutos por ambos lados hasta que est\u00e9n dorados.
