El Tribunal est\u00e1 tropezando con el hecho de que no se han elaborado criterios claros sobre si utilizar o no el pase corona en hospitales, centros de atenci\u00f3n residencial, hospitales de rehabilitaci\u00f3n e instalaciones para personas con discapacidad.
