Sin embargo, los iniciadores enga\u00f1an a los votantes con medias verdades y falsas promesas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Muchas personas pueden preguntarse si deber\u00edan ir al refer\u00e9ndum.  No hacerlo es generalmente una mala idea.  Todo voto, ya sea en elecciones o en refer\u00e9ndum, debe ser utilizado, siempre.  Hay m\u00e1s en juego en este refer\u00e9ndum de lo que muchos creen.  Se va a reescribir una ley ya existente en Berl\u00edn, que establece el objetivo de la neutralidad clim\u00e1tica para 2045. <\/p>\n<p>Tan temprano como 2030 no solo debe ser la meta, sino una obligaci\u00f3n.  Eso es vinculante.  Entonces, si suficientes votantes votan s\u00ed, Berl\u00edn tendr\u00e1 que lograr este objetivo para 2030, por ley. <\/p>\n<p><strong>El problema: por muy deseable que sea este objetivo, por mucho que todos debamos hacer todos los esfuerzos posibles para lograr la neutralidad clim\u00e1tica lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible, 2030 es igual de poco realista. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Berl\u00edn no podr\u00e1 hacer frente a los costos, los gastos de personal, toda la organizaci\u00f3n oficial.  Es simplemente imposible.  A pesar de la ley, Berl\u00edn no podr\u00e1 lograr este objetivo.  Tanto peor es que los iniciadores enga\u00f1an a los votantes con medias verdades y falsas promesas para captar votos. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-b-z-die-stimme-berlins wp-block-embed-b-z-die-stimme-berlins\"\/>\n<p><strong>Si este refer\u00e9ndum tiene \u00e9xito, es un \u00e9xito de mentiras.
