Los atar\u00eda a un poste\u201d, dice Liekens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">En 2019, Liekens fue elegido miembro del parlamento por Open Vld en la C\u00e1mara federal.  Desde entonces, ha sido miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Asuntos Exteriores y sucede al Comit\u00e9 Asesor de Emancipaci\u00f3n.  Escribe iniciativas legislativas para defender los derechos de la mujer en el pa\u00eds y en el extranjero.
