Y la delicadeza se mete en la boca con pan crujiente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Cuando quieras una buena comida r\u00e1pidamente, prepara este cl\u00e1sico estofado griego. <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jotainmaukasta.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Algo sabroso<\/a> &#8211; Blog <strong>Mari Moilanen<\/strong> afirma que como guarnici\u00f3n se puede poner a la mesa aceitunas, pan crujiente y hasta tzatziki.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">Guiso de Frijoles<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">(para 4 personas)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cebolla<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2-3 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cucharada de pur\u00e9 de tomate<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cucharadita de semillas de cilantro<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cucharadita de canela<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cucharadita de az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u00bc cucharadita de pimienta negra<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">800 g de tomates cherry<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 dl de agua<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">400 g de alubias blancas grandes (butter beans) en una lata<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 paquete de queso feta<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u00bd bote de hojas de perejil<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Adem\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">pan de campo crujiente\/baguette<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">ensalada verde<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Olivos<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">tzatziki<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Calentar el horno a 200 grados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Picar las cebollas y los dientes de ajo.  Rehogarlas en aceite en una sart\u00e9n refractaria.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Agregue el pur\u00e9 de tomate y las especias.  Rehogar un rato.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4. Vierta los tomates en la sart\u00e9n.  Enjuague las latas con agua y agregue agua a la sart\u00e9n.  Agregue tambi\u00e9n los frijoles escurridos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5. Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n y poner en el horno durante 30-35 minutos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">6. Desmenuce el queso feta encima y decore con perejil.
