Tambi\u00e9n asistir\u00e1n los familiares de Breonna Taylor y George Floyd, quienes fueron asesinados por la polic\u00eda en Kentucky y Minnesota respectivamente en 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Desde entonces, los cinco polic\u00edas que agredieron a Nichols han sido despedidos por la fuerza policial por uso excesivo de la fuerza.  Los oficiales, que tambi\u00e9n son negros, ahora est\u00e1n siendo acusados \u200b\u200bde homicidio involuntario y asalto agravado, entre otras cosas.  Los cinco est\u00e1n atrapados.  Es posible que sigan m\u00e1s cargos, inform\u00f3 el martes el poder judicial.  La unidad especial de la que formaban parte los agentes, llamada SCORPION, se disolvi\u00f3 tras la muerte de Nichols.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Nichols fue detenido por un control de tr\u00e1fico despu\u00e9s de una persecuci\u00f3n.  Seg\u00fan su abogado, lo golpearon &#8220;como una pi\u00f1ata&#8221; cuando lo arrestaron y luego lo mutilaron hasta dejarlo irreconocible.
